I’ve been at work all day, wishing I was in the rain, at the track meet.
The meet just wrapped up. It was cold and rainy. Reports say the men’s team went about 3:20 and placed 4th. Senior Shawn McKinstry ran down two teams in the final 100m to secure the 4th place finish.
McKinstry said via text the men’s team has third place wrapped up and the women could have 2nd place pending final results from the field.
The women ran to a fourth place finish in the 4×400.
